About The Hotel Job Redesign Initiative

The Hotel Job Redesign Initiative is a tripartite effort between Singapore Hotel Association (SHA), the Food, Drinks and Allied Workers Union (FDAWU), Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Workforce Singapore (WSG). The initiative aims to support hotels in carrying out job redesign projects as they embark on transformation to achieve sustainable growth and a higher quality workforce amidst a tight labour market.
