The SHA is a strong supporter of training and development. Its firm belief that Training and Development can nurture and build a competitive workforce for the hotel industry has led to the establishment of SHATEC (http://www.shatec.sg/) in 1983.
The objective of SHATEC, the training arm of SHA, is to train and develop new entrants as well as existing hotel staff for the hotel industry.
