Excellent Service Award Workshops

The Excellent Service Award (EXSA) is a national award that was launched in 1994. Its aim is to give due recognition to individuals who have gone beyond the call of duty in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

The Singapore Hotel Association is one of the six industry lead bodies managing EXSA, with the support of Enterprise Singapore.

Nominees for the EXSA award are required to attend a 4-hour EXSA development workshop.  SHATEC, the training arm of SHA, has been running these EXSA workshops since the inception of the award.
