Carlton Hotel Singapore’s award-winning Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant celebrates Dragon Boat Festival with a handcrafted Wah Lok’s Signature Pork Belly Rice Dumpling 瑶柱东波肉粽 ($28.80 nett, 600g), available for delivery and collection from 20 May to 10 June 2024.
At the heart of this sumptuous delicacy lies fork-tender pork belly, braised with Wah Lok's secret ingredients, following a traditional recipe handed down over time. This process ensures that each bite is infused with authentic Cantonese flavour.
Beyond the succulent pork belly, this rice dumpling features more than ten carefully selected ingredients, including ginkgo nuts, Japanese conpoy, lotus seeds, chestnuts, and salted egg yolk. The combination of textures and flavours harmoniously complements each other, marrying the richness of tradition with the finest ingredients. This masterpiece is crafted for solo indulgence or shared with friends and family for an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.
