The whistle sounded, and the much awaited final matches of the 30th SHA Inter-Hotel Soccer League 2012 started to the excitement of the spectators.
Held on 5 July 2012 at the Serangoon Stadium, the first half of the league saw a faceoff between the two IRs - Marina Bay Sands and Resorts World Sentosa for the 3rd and 4th placing. The thrilling match between the two teams eventually concluded in favour of the RWS.
In the second half of the league, Marina Mandarin Singapore and Conrad Centennial Singapore contested against each other for the championship award. After putting up a rigorous fight, Marina Mandarin Singapore emerged as the ultimate victor, reclaiming the championship title after three years.
