On 17 October 2024, SHA organised the 2nd Industry Update and Networking Session for General Managers. The insightful and engaging session was hosted by member hotel, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, Singapore.

With around 40 industry leaders in attendance, the event was a great opportunity for networking and collaboration.

A key presentation by Lighthouse (formerly OTA Insight) provided valuable insights into the Singapore hotel market for the next 365 days—arming hotels with the knowledge to make informed decisions and to boost positive business outcomes.
