On Monday, 11 November 2024, the EXSA 2024 Star Presentation Ceremony for the Hospitality Sector took place at the Ho Bee Auditorium, University Cultural Centre. Over 1,000 attendees gathered to honour Singapore's exemplary service professionals. The Guest of Honour was Mr. Mohd Fahmi Bin Aliman, Mayor of South East District and Member of Parliament for Marine Parade GRC.
