The 2020 Excellent Service Award – Virtual Presentation Ceremony for the Hospitality Sector was successfully held on 31 March 2021. The inaugural hybrid event was livestreamed via the SHA Facebook Page.

Mr Desmond Choo, Mayor (North East District) was the Guest-of-Honour for the event.

A total of 2,735 winners comprising 847 STAR, 761 Gold, 1,127 Silver award from 124 hospitality-related companies was recognised at the inaugural hybrid ceremony.

The key highlight of the event was the unveiling of the winners for the prestigious SHA Outstanding Star Award 2020 (1 from the Hotel-sector and 1 from the Non-Hotel sector).
