The award ceremony for the 26th SHA/SKM Service Gold “National Kindness Award” cum Gracious Guest Recognition was held on 10 March 2021 at Furama RiverFront, Singapore.

Minister of State for Trade and Industry and Culture, Community and Youth, Mr Alvin Tan, was the Guest-of-Honour for the event.

A total of 120 Service Gold Winners from 68 participating hotels and 7 Gracious Guests were recognised for their efforts at the inaugural livestreamed ceremony.
