The SHA and knowledge partner, RSM, jointly organised a webinar “How Hotels can benefit from Sustainability Management, Analytics and Technology” on 3 February 2021 (Wednesday), 3.00pm to 4.30pm.

The specially curated webinar for members began with a presentation on “Sustainability Management: Profit, People and Planet” by Mr Sovann Giang, Senior Director, Board Leadership Services of RSM. He covered strategic sustainable practices and financing options that hoteliers should consider to achieve the triple-bottom-line objective: Profit, People and Planet.

The second presentation was on “Enhance Your Business with Technologies” by Mr Ow Ghim Siong, Deputy Head, Data Science of RSM. He shared how hotels can leverage on analytics and technology to enhance business processes, insights and decision making.
