The SHA and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) jointly organised a Webinar “Building Consumer Trust with Accountable Data Protection Practices” on 3 December 2020 (Thursday) from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.

At the session, Mr Desmond Chow, IMDA-appointed speaker shared with participants how can accountability in data protection hasten business recovery.

In addition, Mr Dominic Ng, Manager, Certification, Data Innovation & Protection Group, IMDA shared how attaining the Data Protection Trustmark can benefit companies in terms of competitive advantage and help to build trust with their clients.
