The SkillsFuture Career Advisors Programme for the Hotel Industry is an initiative under Adapt and Grow in partnership with the Singapore Hotel Association (SHA).

The Career Advisors are senior hotel professionals in various job functions who have volunteered their time to provide support and career guidance for interested jobseekers. They also address any misinformation and misperceptions of the industry and help potential jobseekers make informed decisions before joining the industry. This minimises job mismatches and improve retention of new entrants.   

Career advisory sessions are organised by SHA. The first session was held on 21 July 2017 at Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability.
