The 1st Industry Update and Networking Session for General Managers for the year 2016 took place on 24 February 2016 at the Park Hotel Alexandra.

 

The session was well attended by 54 General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing as well as other senior management from hotels.

 

The programme of the event included a presentation on Marketing by the Singapore Tourism Board and a presentation on The Connected Travellers – Hotel Bookings Case Studies by GfK.
