The 2nd Industry Update and Networking Session for General Managers for 2014 was held on 1 October 2014 at the One Farrer Hotel & Spa.

The session began with networking amongst GMs, which was then followed by an industry update by Ms Margaret Heng, Executive Director of SHA.

There was also a presentation on the Hotel Reservations’ extranet for hotels in Singapore and lastly, General Managers were invited to participated in an Industry Brainstorming Session on Meeting the Manpower needs

The session concluded with a guided tour of the hotel.
