Held on 27 May 2014, the Finals saw league regulars, Conrad Centennial Singapore competing against Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort and Spa and Resorts World Sentosa pitting against defending champion, Marina Bay Sands during the 3rd/4th placing and 1st/2nd placing match of the 32nd SHA Inter-Hotel Soccer League 2014, respectively.
