SUMMER’S COOL BREEZE
INGREDIENTS
- 10ml White Peach Concentrate
- 1 can Soda Water
- Mint Leaves
- 10ml Lime Juice
- Batik Tea / Blue Pea Flower Tea
- Ice Cubes
EQUIPMENT
- Jigger
- Highball Glass
- Long Bar Spoon / Dessert or Dining Spoon
- Straw
STEP-BY-STEP
- Add 2 spoons (10ml) of white peach concentrate into glass.
- Pour 10ml of lime juice.
- Fill glass to 3/4 with ice.
- Add some mint leaves.
- Fill glass to 3/4 with soda water.
- With a spoon, carefully layer cold batik tea onto cocktail.
- Stir lightly.
- Enjoy!
