The inaugural Career Health Workshop organised by SHA and supported by Workforce Singapore was held on 28 Oct 2025 at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. Titled “Career Conversations That Matter”, the workshop which was specially curated by SHA for the hotel industry introduced practical approaches to preparing for, conducting and following up on impactful conversations to help employees explore their career aspirations and co-create actionable plans.

Through interactive lectures, role plays, group discussion and scenario simulations, participants learned about the importance of career conversations, tools to uncover employee motivations and aspirations in order to facilitate effective career conversations. Structured career conversations are especially important in today’s dynamic landscape as it can help employers foster employee retention, boost engagement and strengthen team resilience.
