SHA and our knowledge partner, Unifocus jointly organised a Lunch and Learn event titled "Optimising Labour: A Hospitality Workforce Strategy Session" on 23 April 2025 at Raffles City Convention Centre.

At the event, Unifocus shared with attendees insights on the following key topics:

• Current labour situation faced by hoteliers
• Measuring workforce productivity
• Implementing data-driven methodologies to align labour supply with business demand without compromising guest experience
• Leveraging labour management solutions to optimise labour and improve employee satisfaction

The event was fully subscribed and attended by 51 hoteliers comprising General Managers as well as department heads for Finance, Operations and Human Resources from 32 member hotels.
