The 1st Industry Update and Networking Session for General Managers for the year was held on 25 April 2025.
Organised by SHA and hosted by Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore, the session was well attended by more than 50 General Managers.
In addition to the industry update by Ms Margaret Heng, Executive Director of SHA, another highlight of the session was the insightful presentation on “Owning Your Space: Standing Out in the Crowd”, by Mr Sashi Rajan, Executive Vice President, Hotels Advisory & Asset Management, Asia Pacific of JLL Singapore.
