SHA organised a dedicated closed-door Briefing on Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for Hotels on 15 December 2021, 3pm to 5pm via Zoom for its hotel members.

At the session, Mr Toh Hong Seng from Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) shared with SHA members the potential impact of the various PWMs on the hotel industry.

The session was well attended by 115 representatives, including HR practioners and senior management representatives from more than 80 hotels.
